WiBiz is the operating layer most SMBs are missing. One connected workspace for every conversation, booking, payment, document, contract, and customer record, already wired into the tools your team uses and ready for the agents you will deploy. We build the rails. You run the business.
A small or medium business runs on more than a CRM. It runs on the conversation that came in at 11pm; the deposit invoice your accountant cannot find; the WhatsApp thread your operations manager is trying to remember; the calendar your two newest hires have not been added to.
For most of the last decade, the answer to this was buy more software. Five subscriptions. Seven. Twelve. Each one solving a sliver, none of them speaking to each other. You ended up running your business inside a tab manager.
WiBiz is the layer underneath all of that. One unified data model for the customer, the conversation, the document, the schedule, the money, and the people. One automation surface for the rules and agents you want to apply on top. Configured once. Run forever, for the workflows you turn on.
WiBiz isn't a CRM, a phone system, a calendar app, a payments tool, or a marketing automation suite. It is the operating layer where those systems connect, share context, and become useful to your team and agents.
Person, household, business, vehicle, property, project, deal, ticket, appointment - whatever your industry models, WiBiz models. Custom fields, deep relations, full audit trail.
SMS, WhatsApp, voice, email, web chat, Instagram and Messenger - sent and received in one inbox, with full history. Agent-routing, AI assistance, and auto-responses configured once.
Workflows, triggers, rules, AI agents and document generation - all running on the same data model. If an event happens in WiBiz, you can do anything in response. No Zapier required.
Native, deep connectors to the systems you already use - accounting, calendar, payments, marketing, identity. Your existing investments stay intact. WiBiz becomes the connective tissue.
Most SMB software vendors ship one feature and call it a product. WiBiz ships the operations primitives a growing business needs to run end to end, without forcing the team to stitch together another pile of disconnected tools.
WiBiz does not ask your team to abandon HubSpot, Stripe, Xero or Google Workspace. It plugs into them and makes them speak the same language as everything else.
A WiBiz industry package is not a generic template. It arrives with the right pipelines, fields, automations, canned responses, and reporting for the way that business actually works.
Our security and privacy posture, our subprocessor list, our data-residency map, and our active certifications are all maintained, in plain language, at our public Trust Center.
Architecture diagrams, penetration-test summaries, our subprocessor ledger, our incident-response runbook, our DPA, and our active certifications. Plain language. Public-facing.
WiBiz is built by Digital Benefits Pte Ltd, established 2017. The WiBiz operating layer launched in 2025 to give small and medium businesses the platform they had been asked to assemble themselves, out of seven subscriptions and a spreadsheet, for far too long.
Most of our first year was spent in build mode. One hundred and fifty capabilities. Forty integrations. Eleven vertical configurations. Engineering before sales. We wanted the platform to be obviously useful before we asked anyone to pay for it.
We are now signing our first cohort of operators across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and the United States. The tone of this site reflects where we are. Not yet a brand to shout. A platform to use.
If your operations need this layer, we would like to talk to you directly.
Plain-language thinking on how small and medium businesses can run smarter, what works, what doesn't, and what most vendors won't say out loud.
A WiBiz Fingerprint installation maps the unique operating logic of one specific business, then installs a customized operating layer that matches how it actually runs.
Pulse is the event-sourced operating system WiBiz runs to build and maintain your operating layer. What that means in plain language, and why it matters for durability.
Most businesses run on a CRM, a calendar, and a payments tool that never talk to each other. The operating layer is the connective tissue that ties them into one system - and why it changes how a business runs.
Four failure patterns behind fragile automation, and four tests for determining whether a system will survive production.
Our own assistant lives on this page. Talk to it out loud, type to it, and it routes the difficult questions to humans. Or write a single message - we triage it internally so you don't have to.
